Rise of Internet n social media has enabled us to be familiar with any healing method instantly. There are various alternative healing method viz. Naturopathy, Yoga, Dorn Spinal Therapy, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Sujok, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Chakra Healing, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, PLRT Past Life Regression Therapy, Akashic Record Healing etc. many other practices can be included here.
(Though I don’t agree with ‘alternative’ label. In due course of time, it will be as accepted as main stream allopathy practice.)
Among all of these various Healing Practice, which one should be used? This is a great confusion filled question for many of us.
In this article, We will try to solve this dilemma.
Let me ask one question, Who are you?
Many will reply their name. sorry, that’s symbolic way to communicate with you. You are more than your name.
Let me ask again, Who are you?
Pause here. Ponder over it for few second, with closed eyes.
Let me tell you. You are combination of Body, Mind and Soul. Body is visible. Soul is invisible. Mind is between Soul n Body. Some of us don’t believe in soul. They can consider mind, for now. हमारे और आपके विचारों में जहाँ तक समानता है वहाँ तक तो साथ चलें .
Energy flows in the Body. The pattern of Energy Flow in 7 Chakra centres and various naadis of Etheric Body प्राणमय कोष has been not studied in main stream science so far.
So, All Healing system can be categorized as per their level of working.
Yoga works mainly on Physical Body.
Naturopathy(food, sunlight, mud) also works on Physical body.
Acupuncture, Acupressure, SuJok works on Bio-Energy (Meridians).
Chakra Therapy, Reiki, Pranic Healing works mainly on Energy +- Aura.
Working on Energy is more subtle than Body, so it brings deeper impact. But, to understand subtle anatomy n practices, one need to study and ponder more.
Working on Mind/Belief is even more subtle. But, Positive Thinking n Emotions are more durable. Louise L Hay has done marvelous work on Positive Thinking Pattern.
NLP, HypnoTherapy is good way to erase troubling memories, in trance state.
even deeper is working on Karma/ Soul Lessons.
PLRT, IBSL In-Between Soul Regression works on it.
Meditation (silent sitting with or, without music) works on all level, first on Mind level bringng Peace then, on Energy Level balancing Chakras n raising Kundalini
and lastly on Karma by inner vision n Intuitive Guidance by Higher Consciousness/Spirit Guide.
Try anyone, which you like. But, stick with it for considerable duration. Don’t hop
over one n another. Learn Meditation. Meditate daily before sleeping or, immediately after waking up.
Slowly n Gradually, Learn to take deeper approach. The more deeper approach you can take, easier will be all round aspects of Life.
Being a MBBS Doctor, trained in Anatomy n Physiology; I am working on Acupuncture-Acupressure for now. This stream should get more acceptance in society and in Scientific fraternity.
I do suggest, Good Practitioner/Book of other alternative practices.
